Cimyko Terms of Use
Solutions Sparkops Inc.
Effective November 8, 2026.
Purpose. Cimyko is print shop management software offered online by Solutions Sparkops Inc. (Hudson, Quebec, NEQ 1179657987). These terms apply between Sparkops and each print shop that uses Cimyko (the "print shop"), and to anyone who signs in to it, including through its connection to QuickBooks Online.
Who may use it. The print shop and the persons to whom it opens an account: its team, and its customers in their customer portal. Each account is personal; its holder keeps their credentials confidential, and the print shop sees to it for the accounts it opens.
Customers of a print shop. If you use the customer portal, your print shop is the business that opened your account. Your orders, prices, turnaround times, proofs and invoices are its responsibility and subject to its own terms; Sparkops provides the tool. For any question about your job, contact your print shop.
Sign-in with Microsoft or Google. You may sign in with your Microsoft or Google account. Cimyko then receives only your name and email address, to identify you; it has no access to your password, your emails or your files.
License. Sparkops grants the print shop a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Cimyko to operate its business, including the customer portal it offers its customers, as long as the service is provided. Cimyko remains the property of Sparkops.
Acceptable use. No one may attempt to access the data of another print shop or another customer, harm the service, or use it for an unlawful purpose. Sparkops may suspend an account that threatens the security of the service, with notice to the print shop.
Connection to QuickBooks. By connecting its QuickBooks Online company, the print shop authorizes Cimyko to read and write the data described in our privacy policy, section "Cimyko and QuickBooks Online". The print shop may withdraw this authorization at any time by clicking "Déconnecter" (Disconnect) in Cimyko, or from QuickBooks.
Data. The print shop’s data, including its customers’ data, belongs to it. Sparkops processes it on the print shop’s behalf, according to its instructions and our privacy policy (cimyko.com/en/privacy-policy), only to provide the service; it does not share it with any other print shop and does not sell it. It protects its confidentiality, notifies the print shop without delay of any incident affecting it, and lets the print shop verify its measures.
Accounting. The print shop remains responsible for its prices, its accounting, its invoices and its tax filings. It reviews what Cimyko calculates and records in QuickBooks.
Intuit. QuickBooks is a product of Intuit Inc., subject to Intuit’s terms. Sparkops is not affiliated with Intuit, and Intuit is not responsible for Cimyko.
Availability and liability. Sparkops provides Cimyko with care, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free service. Toward the print shop, Sparkops is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. This limit does not apply to intentional or gross fault, or to bodily or moral injury. Nothing in these terms reduces the rights that a law guarantees to a consumer.
Written contract. If Sparkops and a print shop sign a contract that governs the use of Cimyko, including its price, that contract prevails over these terms.
End. The print shop may stop using Cimyko at any time. When the service ends, Sparkops disconnects QuickBooks, then returns the data to the print shop or destroys it, according to its instructions.
Changes. Any change is published on this page, with its date. A significant change is announced to print shops at least 30 days in advance.
Governing law. The laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The French version prevails.
